FAQ + Shipping Policies

Shipping Policy - 

     Customers outside of Canada may be subject to cover customs/import fees/taxes.

We will try my best to resolve shipping issues, but ultimately cannot be held accountable for mail lost by postal services. By buying from us, you agree to this.

Tracking is available at additional cost for those who want insurance/to see where a package is, reccomended for larger orders.

Tracked packages can be resent at no extra cost/refunded in the event of mailing error.

 

FAQ - 

I don't want the order anymore, can I have a refund?

Yes, provided the item has not yet been shipped to you. Send a message on the "contact" page with your full name letting us know.  

Why are some items marked "by roe-00", while some are "by root65"?

Two artists design merch for this store, and run logistics together to reduce workload (notes sent with orders are read by artist(s) responsible for items bought). Designs by each artist are marked for complete transparency. 

How long does shipping take? 

     According to Canada Post's website, 4 days is typical across Canada, while international orders take 7. However, in personal experiance, we have found 1 week to be typical of packages to Canada/US  and up to 3 weeks-1 month to other countries. Please keep in mind this time is from when your order is posted, not necessarily from when you first placed the order. 

My address changed, what now?

     Using the "contact" page on the store site, please send an email with your full name and updated information. If you are moving when the orders are being shipped, let me know and we will hold onto your order until your address is permanent.
